Rob and Heather Copley own Farmer Copleys, an award-winning farm shop and leading UK agritourism destination. Since returning to the family farm in 2003, they have grown it into a year-round business attracting hundreds of thousands of visitors through retail, food, hospitality, Pick Your Own, and seasonal events.

Their philosophy is simple: always give people a reason to visit. What started as a small farm shop now includes Moo Café, event spaces, Pick Your Own strawberries, the UK’s first Pumpkin Festival, a Tulip Festival, Copleys Kitchen, and the Jam Kitchen and Dessert Parlour.

Rob’s background in livestock and Heather’s in agronomy, combined with their passion for food and innovation, have shaped the business into a celebration of British farming with a forward-thinking approach.

Rob has served as Chairman of the Farm Retail Association and the Yorkshire Agricultural Society. Together, they have led Farmer Copleys to multiple national awards, including UK Large Farm Shop of the Year.

They now speak internationally on business growth, diversification, and customer experience, sharing practical insights and lessons to help others grow and innovate.
